Angelina is a sweet 4 year old girl from Maplewood Township, NJ who has been diagnosed with stage 4 neuroblastoma. This is a rare type of childhood cancer. Right now, Angelina is receiving a stem cell transplant and she is officially halfway through treatment. And if she continues on the path she is on now - we KNOW we have a survivor!
