My friend Christine is selling her condo. It's a very cool place- it's a school that was converted into condos. I've never seen anything like it.

I know Summit is a highly desirable area. It's not an area I know well but we've been there and it seems cool. I've been to the Little Gym there- Christine's son had his birthday there and it was a REALLY nice one.
