Are you looking to improve your skills for Cheer & Tumbling this year? ALL AGES WELCOME! Join us for one of our weekly sessions this July! Daily activities Include:
Tumbling: We assess your skills and work with you to improve tumbling up to a back tuck.
Cheer Workshop: Learn and work the many different types of jumps, leaps, toe-touches required to be a great cheerleader. We will also work on basic stunting.Our coaches will have you perfecting your skills in no time!
Dance & Choreography: We will work many new and different dance and movement skills while teaching you some tips to help quickly learn your routines.
Strength & Flexibility: Required for all levels of tumbling and gymnastics, we work on strengthening your core and much more.
Extras: Learn how to make a cheer bow, Tye-Dye T-shirts and other fun crafts.
