There are some people that don't do camp. Don't believe in it, can't afford it, want to do something else with their kids. People are always asking me for recommendations for day trips, something different to do with their kids of varying ages. I thought I'd compile a list of all the places I've either been to, E's been to, or people have told me about. I can't say I've personally been to them all but I know I'd never heard of many of them, so I thought maybe others hadn't either. If nothing else, you might see something that might be fun for your whole clan. I can at least give you a pretty comprehensive list with a lot of variety. There are a million blogs or articles with this stuff, but I found it a little bit of a pain to navigate because they weren't ALL in one place/article/blog. I took the most interesting, most asked about, and some that are off the beaten path and put them all together.
From water parks to animals, bugs, pirates and rides, to lovable familiar characters and everything else in between. If you can't find something to do from this list, I don't know what to tell you. But I do really think you will find some great trips here!
