Experienced Line Cook, Restaurant Manager, Busser (Glen Rock)

ROCCA is a chef-owned, family run restaurant with an eclectic menu featuring both classic Italian and New American cuisine. Rocca provides warm hospitality and supports the community, as well as local purveyors.

We're looking for great team members to help us continue to meet and exceed our guest's expectations. If you are a high-energy team player who will do what it takes to ensure guest satisfaction, you've found the perfect match.

We have opportunities available for:
RESTAURANT MANAGER (5 day work week, 50-60 hours)
and BUSSER (Bus boy/bus girl)
and EXPERIENCED LINE COOK experienced in upscale cooking/dining

For the cook and manager positions we'd like for you to have:

2-3+ years of upscale casual or casual dining management experience
High Volume experience a plus
You should be a leader with a positive attitude, enthusiasm and a passion for our guests
Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail

Manager should also have:
Outstanding leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate, train and develop our team.
Strong computer skills in word, excel and Wordpress are a plus!
